The trip did as intended, validated some gear, voided other gear and ferreted out machine weaknesses. Oh, and served as a reminder that we, the PB, aren’t 10 ft tall and bulletproof.
Gonna need a fork seal replacement on the Super Tenere. Also quality tires are a must. Other than gadgets not interfacing well, I thought my setup went swimmingly. With new tires and fork seals, I’m feeling ready for Alaska…
